Complaints are the antithesis of gratitude. Just the way grateful focus always ushers in more conditions to be grateful for, complaining constantly will ensure you always have something to complain about.
It’s a focus thing!
There are always more reasons and conditions to be grateful about than they are to complain about. You decide which ones to invite into your life by your focus on them.
What we focus on expands.
The thing about health and fitness that has it appear so elusive is that we are going about it with the wrong perspective.
Health, fitness, physical, mental, and emotional and social perfection in all ways should not be something we need to, “work on”.
Fixing our health, building, prosperity, getting fit, creating relationships, are not necessary actions to take.
Perfection, magnificent, and the complete and total thriving of humanity is our natural state. We were designed to express the most fantastic version of life imaginable.
Left on auto pilot to unfold on its own, life would be heaven on earth. Had that been so however, we would not appreciate it, enjoy it, or find any joy in it.
For the express purpose of pleasure, the creator programmed into our design, the ability to choose conditions other than the default expression of divinity.
The way to enjoy the greatest version of the grand decision, we could hold of ourselves and humanity is to cease entertaining vision, and possibility otherwise.
Remove the thorn from the paw of the tiger and he will be happy.
The level of difficulty and struggle we suffer in life is proportional to the depth of our lack of understanding our true identity and purpose.
Matthew 6:33
“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
It is vital to endeavor to discover your truth.
There is knowledge that religion, philosophy and science all agree upon that is not taught in school or preached in churches, the knowing of which will change your life and set you free.
You need to look for it.
When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Until that time it will all just seem like white noise, blah blah blah.
Upon the realization that there is more than what we’ve been told, that there is a deeper truth to life than we thought, that there is something missing, the knowing of which can change our perspective we instinctively look outside of ourselves.
There is nothing “out there” that holds more value than what resides at our core.
The power that created the universe, the force that holds planets in orbit, brings tides in and out, create mighty hurricanes and tornadoes, causes tulips and lilies to sprout in the spring time and bonds an infant to its mother is our default nature.
Everything that exists is within being projected outward to find our truth and feel our peace to radiate our love. We need to look within.
No different than the movie the Wizard of Oz, where Dorothy was searching for the way home and the good witch informed her that she had the answer all along in the golden slippers that she was wearing.

The quickest easiest way to banish everything from our lives that is not aligned with our highest good is to be a person who does not entertain thought conversation, entertainment, or situations that are contrary to our best life.
The greatest vision of the grandest version we could hold of ourselves does not include complaining, worrying, catastrophising and projecting worse case scenarios so don’t do it.
Being in our minds what we feel is our best life before we see evidence of it in our conditions is the planting stage for a bountiful harvest.
The fearful thinker is planting weeds.

The beauty and the ugliness, success and failure, prosperity and poverty,
health and sickness, relationship and loneliness, talent and ineptitude, joy and tragedy, wellbeing and pain all are a reflection of our faith in the divine connection of life.
All of the possibilities, magnificence and beauty reside within us. Our choice to allow it to flow through us and demonstrate as us is related to what we believe about life.
All great things are possible for he who believes
What are always seeks its own level. No matter how hard we try we’re not gonna be able to alter that so instead we take advantage of that. Millions of engineers, architects, homeowners, farmers, and people of all walks of life use this great benefit of water to seek its own level. No one is attempting to change this condition. The only way to prevent this from happening is to construct great strong, massive dams.
This should be an example for all of us. Every one of us are created unique. This is the magnificent design of all that is.
Similar to water level or essence is within. It is what drives us, motivates us, and separates us from others.
In spite of how fantastic this diversity is for us, millions attempts to alter appearances through tummy, tucks, butt lifts ,cheek, lip enhancement, hair pieces, implants and a whole host of other alterations. Many also relocate, change jobs, friends, and even spouses when they are not happy with the outcomes of their lives.
The outcomes and conditions of our life come from the essence of our being which is at the core of who we are. Just like Water; no matter what exterior changes we make, the essence of who we are will seek to demonstrate. In order to truly find happiness we need to discover who we are and use it to our advantage.
The grand design is diverse for a reason.
We all have a purpose, and to try to stifle or restrict the expression of our essence is like putting obstacles in the way of rushing water. We will find our level no matter what.
Accept who you are and embrace your magnificence. You will be happier.
My childhood in the sixties and seventies had racial, ethnic and religious prejudices. My life saw that wane to where I believe it was mostly gone. By the turn of the century it was viewed that only the ignorant and damaged individuals still had such bigotry.
Sometime in the early 2000’s LGBTQ was becoming mainstream and growing in numbers and Women in the workplace seemed to even out with men. The world was accepting itself and everyone was happy. THE USA was still struggling a bit with ISLAMAPHOBIA as fallout from 911, but even that was situational.
Then all of a sudden, groups that were historically victimized began uprising and demanding special favors and attention, and the political machine took sides.
Business and politics fueled uprisings with social and mainstream media promoting one side or another.
The trajectory toward peace and unity took a nose dive like I have never seen before.
This newest generation of children (Alpha) are being exposed to anger being justified by differences and fueled by hatred as a social norm.
Neighbors hate neighbors over sexual preference,skin color, ethnicity, economic status, religion, political beliefs and even sports team fans.
It has become acceptable to be angry at anything and anyone that offends us or is just a bit askew from our perspective.
I feel like we’ve lost ground in my lifetime. It seems like we’re worse when it comes from being united than we were 50-60 years ago.
as a nation, many no longer recognize patriotism, and while I’m not a staunch advocate of organized religion, in the days when religion was common place in the household, there were values and Love. The traditional family has all been destroyed. Also, you have to think that this is all connected .
As a society, it seems that we are doomed. But just as many individuals are becoming enlightened to spiritual truth, as there are individuals falling victim to the group narrative of hate, it’s just that day exist silently in the background.
All we can do is the dismiss anger within ourselves and refuse to see others as enemies.
Even if we quietly plant those seeds, the universe will see to it that they grow. There are no enemies and anger is destructive.
Awake each day with the intention to accept and unify. We can turn that trend upward toward the light.

This was my first post on Facebook almost 14 years ago. I’ve been posting regularly on this page since then.
Sometimes daily for weeks and months, sometimes not for a few days and there’s been a few times I stopped for a few weeks.
My intention has always been to enlighten and/or remind people that control of life lies within each mind and is executed by our choices. That unity, service and love is the only way to achieve peace and joy.
I have no idea if I have made a difference in anyone’s life in all this time, but it’s made a difference in mine. My focus is more positive over these last years by starting my day thinking about these topics.
I’ve never paid for followers or to promote my page, which is why I have so few , but I continue doing this not so much for you, but to keep myself grounded in my personal truth.
I appreciate any and all people that read my posts as my sincere desire that it makes a difference in your day.
It seems there been 2477 posts on this positively speaking page. I also have this WORDPRESS BLOG. I write an article for the Connecticut Cruise News, and I’ve written a book. As with this blog and my FB page, my intention is to make a difference and have an impact.

I may be delusional, but I will continue.
Being needed by others is the strongest of all responsibilities. Having someone rely upon us at times may be daunting but fulfilling their need, being reliable and viewed as critical in a persons life is also the most rewarding undertaking.
Millions voluntarily become parents every year, while almost as many take responsibility for aging parents and family members.
Some folk become fosters or adoptive parents and thousands choose to mentor.
12 step programs have sponsors and schools of academics, sports, trades and hobbies all have teachers.
Being needed by others boosts our oxytocin as well as self esteem and confidence. Reaching out to others will actually keep us healthier and happier.
