It should never be about them. Our desires, intentions, plans, goals, and dreams should all be about aligning with what is best for us. The greatest vision of the grandest version we can hold of ourselves has nothing to do with “them“. To enjoy the satisfaction of personal development with physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and financial growth, all intention should be based solely on what empowers us in spite of what we see around us. What works for us may not work for others. Conditions to bring other satisfaction may do absolutely nothing for our well-being. Concern over appearances and comparisons are born from a sense of insecurity, which is rooted in pain and the inability to love oneself. At some point in life, a parent teacher, or someone in a position of authority tried to instill in us. The fact that life is not all about us. That couldn’t be further from the truth. The life of each individual is absolutely all about them. We may concern ourselves with the well-being of the world around us, and have the intention of making a positive impact which is great such undertaking, however, is a path to joy and self fulfillment which while being altruistic is selfish at its core. That is a good thing. We live to experience joy do whatever you can while you can to ensure that.
The life experience we are exposed to is largely the product of our choices. We may innocently encounter conditions we did not seek but only through choosing to pay attention to them will they be relevant to our experience. By “PAYING” attention to ANY thing we are placing an order with the Universe/God/Source that we wish to have this in our life. These days you can order a widget from Amazon and it will be on your doorstep the same day. Be careful, “PAYING ATTENTION” is an even quicker way to recieve. I’m not so sure the return or exchange policy is as easy though.
When everything and everyone around us seems frantic, real self control is the ability to remain at peace. Even in the face of danger or tragedy, panic and anxiety will only worsen any situation. The entire world on all fronts, from varying perspectives is in a state of upheaval. Most of it is due to the contagious nature of frantic energy and not due to direct threat at all. There is very seldom times that our world is calm, but a peaceful mind focused on love and service, aware of the truth of being will enjoy tranquility amid the frenzy. Psalm 46:10 BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD.

So many gurus, authors and thought leaders teach manifestation and creation of desire through faith and belief to cause “Attraction”. While it is an immutable truth that our belief and conviction HAS TO MANIFEST, many do not have the strength of conviction in attaining extreme desires. When we feverishly chase and work ourselves to a state of panic trying to acquire, or create something, we are declaring from the rooftops that we are in fact an empty vessel and suffering with the lack. We will create more emptiness and lack if we persist.
In order to truly secure the conditions aligned with our highest good we need to be grateful and feel abundant as we take actions toward creating new realities. Our feelings are our way of asking God, Universe, Source. What we feel is what we create. Be careful with this manifestation thing. Remember, we may get just what we ask for.
Life is mastered when we firmly grasp thereality that we are extensions of ONE divine, omnipotent energy source creating experience in physical form through thought, imagination and emotion. Our sustained thought and focus is the seed. For our desire to become reality, so too must all possible contrasting conditions. The strength of our faith and positive emotions lay the track or road to precede the manifestation and bypass all contrasting conditions of resistance . Only then will we ride our dream down this highway of creation .
As designed; life is a synchronous dance of unity where all are one and each both serves and is served selflessly and selfishly by and for the other. Every remarkable aspect of life from the micro to macro is dependent upon the all that is yet supports itself. The dance is the song of life being timeless, space less, infinite, continuously renewing while remaining the same. Left alone the beauty is magnificent beyond imagination. The perception of lack, need, fear, adversity with the associated violence and suffering is the manifestation of individual and collective ignorance of the truth of being. All it takes is a realization to spontaneously project HEAVEN ON EARTH.
Idle time is difficult to find these days. We are also very busy running here and there accomplishing this and that but to what end? When we finally do have some downtime and can sit and relax, do we scroll? Do we lament over our troubles and worry about impending doom? Do we seek out information to exacerbate our anger and fears? Or do we dream of how beautiful life can be. An idle mind does not always have to be the devils workshop. Intentional thought and daydream with discipline and resolve is akin to the farmer sowing seeds. What are you planting/planning/pondering? ITS ALL THE SAME.
Marden is not very well known but he is a best selling author of New Thought books and founded SUCCESS magazine in 1897. His quote inspired a generation of dreamers that went on to discover, create and invent much of what the early twentieth century was known for. From automobiles to planes, toasters to telephone answering machines. They all began as someone’s wildest dream. Day dreamers and those prone to pushing the envelope with their imagination tend to become creators. Instead is scrolling, imagine, fantasize, think about the “what ifs” and “ if onlys”. You never know what will come of it. Dream on!
Being me is easy. Many times though, I feel I have to project an image other than what comes naturally, to impress or even be accepted by others. There Is also those times that I have to feign interest or agreement with topics or opinions to avoiding being shunned. I may even join a group or club because I want those people to like me even if I am not interested in what they represent. Eventually I find my self depressed and unhappy with my life. I can’t imagine why! I’m doing everything they want!! Perhaps if I just be true to what I like and what interests me, like minded folk will find me. It will sure be easier. I won’t have to force smiles, remember lies, and make believe anymore. I may find I lime myself and have a shot at being happy. What have I got to lose except a ton of effort. Try it! It may work for you too.
PERSPECTIVE IS EVERYTHING! Our life with all our experiences and conditions unfolds from our thoughts and expectations. We project outwardly from the “thought seeds” we plant. All that is, was first entertained in the mind, focus upon with feeling until there was conviction then it manifests as our experience.
Our subconscious minds create OBJECTIVELY what we feed it with no judgement or discretion. The ability to discern right from wrong, whether a condition is to our benefit or detriment is determined in our conscious mind with all functions being subjectively based upon our exposure to external stimuli.
How we interpret what we encounter has been determined by our history, our family, social status, ethnicity, early childhood exposure, teachers, media and friends. They/it have all shared in developing our perspective.
Our feelings and reactions to the world we encounter are decided by this viewpoint. Our prior programming may not have been aligned with our highest good but having been implanted at an early enough age that we did not understand, it took hold and became the default. This is why, as we mature, we need to be cognizant of our interpretations regarding our encounters to ensure that what we feed our subconscious creative center is only aligned with our best idea of who we are. How we translate what we encounter will alter our subconscious program if we consistently replay the situation with similar feelings and ideas. We can override past beliefs if we intentionally absorb information contrary to a condition that persists and is damaging.
From birth to around seven or eight, everything we are exposed to causes emotion and gets programmed. After that, until our teens, we need repetitive exposure to a condition with some sense of belief for it to take root. Once we are adults we have to have the intention of learning, changing and creating an understanding for it to become part of who we are, and/or override negative behaviors and perspectives. It may be a bit more deliberate, but by this stage of life our conscious mind knows what we want. The reason we can’t make it real is because we are at war with our subconscious program that has been etched into our psyche. It takes some determination and discipline, but we can do it. We are the programmers at this stage of the game. We all look at the same thing with a different set of eyes. How we interpret what we see, determine how we feel and act, causing us to pass along vibes, be they good or bad. It is much better to send out good vibrations since they grow exponentially and impact the entirety of life on this rock.
