Life, existence, reality, the universe or whatever you call the totality of awareness and experience is the effect of the ONE UNIVERSAL LIFE FORCE being projected into form and substance through the diverse combinations of individual awarenesses it has also expressed. Gods divinity is reflected as us so we can protect a variety ingredients into form allowing for the unlimited variation of life. Each of us adds our authentic mix into the ether of life to continue the exponential unfolding of experience. We are portals through which the divine energy takes form. Our minds determine the product of our contribution to consciousness. Focus on love, service, abundance and peace and we will see perfection unfold before you. Wallow in fear, anger, disappointment and hate and we will experience struggle, grief and pain. Choice guarantees continued diversity. Choose well! 😌
I am sure I could not count how many articles I have written, blogs posted or FB posts I have created related to the immutable fact that our minds create our experiences and are the fertile soil onto which we plant the seed of our reality. We all know that once a seed is planted, the determining factor in its growth is sunlight, water, and any food and nutrient it may receive. The more of each, and higher quality, will yield rapid, positive results. Regarding the thoughts we plant from our conscious thinking mind, into the Universal Subconscious Mind (God- The creation factory),they also need attention. That attention is our FAITH! Belief, conviction, expectation and repeated focused thoughts of such, mold and shape what will eventually become our experience. If our minds regularly entertain thoughts of lack, pain, struggle and futility, we will live lives that reflect that. If we truly believe, think about, nourish and feed thoughts of health, wealth, peace, love and joy, such will be the world we encounter.
If I attempt to change the pipes on a FatBoy,or replace the brakes on a 69 Camaro Z28- LT1, and I go at it thinking: “I could mess this up, I haven’t done this before, maybe I should take it somewhere, this is my prize possession. Why am I even attempting this?” Then proceed to worry about it for a day or two, and go at it with trepidation, then of course I will ruin something, and they will never be the same. For the person who attempts such tasks absolutely sure it is easy and will breeze through it like we brush our teeth, it will be a quick easy job!
The Universe will deliver what we truly expect, not what we hope, or wish will happen, and this is every time. No ifs ands or buts!
Admittedly, our expectations and convictions are molded by experience and exposure to the outside world of form. We adopt the convictions that our tribe (society as whole) has taught us and the situations we see play out for others.
It is sad that much of this world seems convinced that poverty, illness, violence, pain, struggle and division are very easy to experience, while success, wealth, health, fitness, unity, compassion, joy and peace are situations that are very difficult to achieve, and only a few select individuals will experience them. We all believe that success is hard, and failure is easy, which is why that is the prevailing paradigm in our world today. So much so, that many feel wealth, health and the freedom to live on our own terms is so very difficult, that it requires a miracle and living hard on the streets would be the default. As soon as we start thinking; “I need a miracle for this to happen,” we are convinced it will not, and of course, it doesn’t. The things we think of that we refer to as “Miracles” are the ones we believe we will never experience, and so we never do.
Where and when in our evolution did we determine hard lives were easy and easy lives require such effort that it makes it out of reach? Who made that decision and shared it so far and wide that it became the most popular belief?
It is just as easy to believe in our health and success as it is to believe in our struggle and suffering. It is even more pleasant to entertain such thoughts, feed them and watch them grow. Every religion, philosophy of human behavior, personal development program and self-help Guru will validate the undeniable truth that the thoughts we plant in our mind and nourish are the foundation for our experiences. Why not plant better seeds. When we encounter bad seeds, don’t feed and water them.
Someone, somewhere, long ago embarked upon a journey of pessimism, hopelessness and pain, shared their perspective and it grew like weeds. We do not have to follow that pack.
Follow your heart, guard and manage your thoughts, believe that all things good are easy and realize that everything bad is very difficult to achieve and manage. We have way more control than most of us realize.
Starting the day with an affirmation of gratitude establishes a positive tone for the day. Refusing to entertain complaints keeps negativity at bay. First look for the natural beauty which is spring. Then focus on the people in your life that care about you. After that affirm that you are safe and free. This should be enough to start you on the road to a happy day. Continue to seek positive situations and dismiss any thought that is not aligned with joy. Compliment and thank people. Your day will improve.
At some point in our lives for every one of us, when something amazing or something horrific has occurred. Our first instinct is to claim, “I can’t believe this“! But that is about as far from the truth as one can get. We can only witness and experience what we believe. Many many many people use the phrase “I’ll believe it when I see it” To quote Wayne Dyer “I’ll see it when I believe it”
The mind is so powerful it can take a mundane action and translate it to a debilitating event or convert a catastrophe to a minor inconvenience. The world is not as unsteady as our minds make it. Living amid calamity, peace, joy or sorrow is a choice we make in every moment. The great news is that we can transform any uncomfortable situation to a learning experience. We can also ruin the beautiful that exists all around. Where is your head? Why? What ya gonna do about it? Mind your mind!
We should never be chasing conditions that we feel will bring us joy. Unless we are happy being alive and grateful for our life, there is nothing that will change that. Improved finances or relationships may seem like they make us happy but an unhappy mind will not find peace in anything outside of itself. Happiness and Joy come from inside us and bring with it wonderful experiences. Gratitude, acceptance creates joy, then dreams and desires become the journey. Wanting, needing and frantically becoming singularly focused on lack with determination will bring more of the same.
Some intuitively know and search to uncover their truth. Others are pushed or pulled by circumstance to change and uncover the beauty of their true identity. Sadly most ignore the subtlety of the inner dialogue and continue to live within the illusion. Those that have not heard accept the ugly, confused, chaotic aspects of life as normal without realizing the messages they hold. If your body is in pain the message is that something is askew and requires alignment. If a door does not close there is a blockage, swelling or hinge issue. The check engine light is a signal to do just that. Anything that is less than the magnificence of Divine Design is telling us to explore, discover and adjust. If you keep ignoring the engine light you will surly break down. We ALL have the potential for beauty and grace at our core but it needs to be recognized and embraced to radiate. While divine unity is the truth of reality, it requires choice to experience it. ARE YOU IGNORING YOUR CALL OR EMBRACING THE LIGHT?
When we have a negative encounter with another and allow it to consume our thinking for hours or days afterward, we have compromised our peace and given control of our life to that individual who in most cases has no idea the extent of their impact on us.
Repeatedly allowing this to occur is a life out of our own control It becomes very difficult to feel joyful when our feelings are determined by forces we have no control over.
Our actions, performance, behavior and treatment of others will degrade as we spiral downward into grief and stress.
All religions teach that faith is the foundation of all that one could experience that is good, right, just and beneficial. Joy and happiness are the products of faithful living. We are told to have faith that a loving caring God will answer our prayers. Jesus explained that when we pray (have a desire) we must know that the condition is already a reality. Most people and religions believe that prayer is a petition, or request that we must be worthy of. God will judge our behavior and decide if we are deserving. This throws the teaching of Jesus into doubt by assigning condition. Some pray with the fear that they are not deserving due to some component of their life or behavior. The understanding that God is not separate and we are actually individuated projections of God, illuminates the dynamic that we are actually judging ourselves. Wether we believe a Wizard-like deity, or the indwelling spark of ONE DIVINE AWARENESS is the source of the manifestation, it is still dependent upon how strongly we believe in the possibility of our desire (intention is a more useful vernacular) manifesting in our lives. The bottom line is that we will manifest what ever we believe. If your faith is magic from deity, or divine power from within, the answer is always YES. The confusion lies in understanding the language of the request,(prayer) Regardless what the desire is; the actual order that gets placed for delivery is what we believe at the core of our being will happen. So faith IS, MANIFESTATION. The question is; what do you believe ? Look at your life. There in lies the catalog of orders you have been placing. Life is what we believe it to be. It does not matter what we see on the news, social media, the internet or out our window. None of it will become part of our experience until we buy into it with our faith. The very, very good news about this is that the absurdities we see around us can be just comical fodder for our entertainment, and not any serious reality to impact our lives, or they can be debilitating life-threatening conditions to derail any hope of a joyful life. It’s all according to faith. And of course, faith boils down to choice. What do you choose to believe in today?
You don’t need to encounter a monumental event or an extraordinary, epic sighting for it to change your life. Being mindful of what most consider the mundane, appreciating the intricacies of life that are all around us, and marveling at the interconnectedness of all things leads to the realization that not only is everything “One” thing, all things are necessary for the “One” thing to be. The realization of this awareness changes our view, level of respect, and treatment of every component of life. We we begin to become less destructive, more creative, and nurturing, and deliberate about treating everything, and everyone with respect. As we put this perspective into our daily living, all of life repays the favor and kind. Nature becomes our friend, opportunity appears out of nowhere, relationships improved dramatically, and life takes on a delicious flavor with previously did not know was possible. You don’t need to be standing at the Grand Canyon or viewing the northern lights to be in awe of life. Just watching a colony of ants work together, or witnessing a tiny flower bud blossom into a beautiful bush as the weeks of spring progress is more than enough to instigate gratitude. Open your eyes magnificence is everywhere.

With the mountainous volumes of information at our fingertips and the growing numbers of us eager to share, THE TRUTH; YOUR TRUTH, all you need to know can be found in your heart, mind and soul. We do not need to search, scan, study and read for years.
Each of us lives with access to our true self and immortal identity. It IS very difficult to filter out the noise, nonsense and rhetoric that we are exposed to all the time but we can.
At first it requires isolation and quiet. Perhaps in nature. After a while it gets easier to see what is real and eventually the garbage comes at us as cartoonish and the obvious absurdity that it is. When you can see the forest through the trees you have arrive.
