Kindness has an enormous ROI.

We never know why someone is treating us badly; give the benefit of doubt.
We do not know if someone is only being nice to mask their pain; be grateful for the attempt.
We tend to judge behaviors instead of people; know your tribe.
We get offended by assumptions that it was all about us; get over yourself.
We label others according to the situations we encounter them in; Separate people from events.
Being tolerant of situational bad behavior is compassion. Accepting consistent bad treatment is enabling and demonstrates lack of care for the individual; Recognize the difference.
Won’t we go out of our way to see the people that we encounter common make every effort to treat them with civility, compassion, and love, we will find ourselves being treated better by them as relationships improve and healing has an opportunity to prevail.
No one walks in our shoes and we have no idea what Demons they are struggling with .
Being kind is a worthwhile investment.

Create. Don’t wait

All of known experience is energy at its core. This energy is om depressant, is the source of all experience, and is the connection between all we encounter.
There’s one source of this energy, which is pure potential and unlimited possibility with awareness and creative intent.
We have been created by the source of all creation to be creators within this creation. As we are pure energy, vibrating into experience, we too create experience in the same manner.
Our experience comes from source energy, and we send into source our intentions which in turn create new experiences and new realities.
we can create experiences from our past memories into our future reality, or we can continually tap into the full potential of unlimited source energy to create new experiences and unique encounters.
We can either live in the comfort and routine of our known reality, or choose the exhilaration of the unknown And move forward in time and space with excitement and Discovery.
Creation has created us as creators to create more creations. Or possibility that can be imagined already exists, and only needs to be thought into experience.
Choice, attention, and emotion are the tools that build The reality of life.
We are all craftsman.
CREATE!

Vampires

It seems as though much of our world is devolving but at the same time there are millions that are awakening. There are competing currents that are taking us in opposite directions.
It is important to go with the flow that matches your bliss and purpose.
Once in the stream, momentum builds making it difficult to turn.
Take care to safeguard your relationships and alliance’s that the energy vampires don’t suck the divinity out of you.
Be authentic. Be resolved. Be purposeful.

Not as they appear.

Matthew 20:16

So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen

The dichotomy of life is that by putting others ahead of ourselves we come in first.
By helping others succeed we become successful.
By loving others we are loved.
By seeing through our illusion we awake to eternal life.
Things are not as they appear.

What will be, will be.

Most of us are who we were raised as. We live in the past and bring it with us into the future. In spite of desires to grown and change, the cultural norms and ancestral perspectives are the last ones we let go of. Many of these paradigms are religious beliefs and rituals. While following such schedules and calendars brings much familial togetherness and love, it may also serve to tether us to a version of ourselves that is not aligned with our highest good.
Manage well the swing between growth and culture. Wear ritual loose enough that it does not strangle.
Life will be what we make it.

No point pointing.

When we blame the experience we have and conditions of our lives on external factors, especially those that we have no control over, we lose the ability to improve them.
It’s easy to deflect responsibility since it allows us to not judge ourselves poorly or to be viewed by others as a victim and not the architect of our struggles.
Only when we take responsibility for all aspects of our experience can we change them.
Finger pointing perpetuates a life out of alignment with our highest good while self reflection and ownership is the springboard of change.

No more sticks!

We’ve come so far since rubbing sticks together for fire, living in caves, and fashioning crew tools out of rocks that is difficult to keep in perspective.
As we look from today back to yesterday, last week, last month, or even last year there is not that stark of a difference. It is only when we rewind in big chunks that we can see the magnificent of our progress.
Today we take for granted what a few years ago was a difficult goal. A few decades ago was an impossible dream and a few hundred years ago would never have even been entertained.
This should shine a spotlight on the fact that there are no limits to what can be achieved. The only limits we have are those we set ourselves as a result of our inability to believe in surpassing them.
They should also inform us that there is nothing to stop us from progressing in quantum leaps of huge progress except our inability to believe as such.
What is true for one, is true for all.
If you are reading this, you are a magnificent creator, capable of tremendous things once you believe in yourself.
When I say yourself, the predicate requirement is to believe in your true identity in unity consciousness as divine awareness. I’m with this realization, you will be unstoppable.
Never accept limits, refuse to give into fear, use your talents to make this world a better place.
THEN SPREAD THE WORD.

Can you see it?

True mindfulness is blissful joy. One can live from this perspective when we realize the unity of all things.
When I can see the puzzle as the complete, singular picture and not the thousand pieces, I will have arrived.
By chance I can see the picture even when the pieces are fragmented, that is mastery.
See the WHOLE.

Paranoia is a joy killer

In his book,”The Four Agreements” Don Miguel Ruiz repeats all throughout, various perspectives that depict many of us that suffer as being a paranoid lot.
We hear but assume what we hear was an attack. We refuse to hear and assume we were intentionally left out, and we concerned ourselves with what others think of us while assuming they are critical of us.
From this realization it becomes clear that peace, freedom and success is to be immune from the good opinion of others(a point my favorite speaker Wayne Dyer always emphasized) while never assuming anything and understanding that we are not important enough that others actions have been created with us in mind.
When I put it altogether it seems paranoia is our downfall which is another form of narcissism.
If I can understand that I bring others into my experience to empower me and uplift them with love, my paranoia will disappear. Any assumption of attack is born of fear and the belief that they are here to do me harm all the while I have created all experiences.

 be the buffalo

  • The Cows’ Strategy: When cows sense a storm approaching, they try to run away from it (often in the same direction the storm is moving). Because they cannot outrun the storm, and they are running with it, they end up staying in the bad weather for a longer period of time, prolonging their suffering.
  • The Buffalo’s Strategy: In contrast, when the buffalo (or bison) see a storm coming, they will run directly into it and charge through the storm. By facing the storm head-on, they pass through it as quickly as possible, since the storm Is Also moving toward them minimizing the total time they spend in the bad weather.
