Each of us lives with access to our true self and immortal identity.
It IS very difficult to filter out the noise, nonsense and rhetoric that we are exposed to all the time but we can.

At first it requires isolation and quiet. Perhaps in nature. After a while it gets easier to see what is real and eventually the garbage comes at us as cartoonish and the obvious absurdity that it is.
When you can see the forest through the trees you have arrive.
