Imagination is more important than knowledge. ~ Albert Einstein. Every single thing that does not come from nature has been directly from the imagination of man. All things, conditions, activities, actions, and processes that we take for granted, as normal part of our lives have been the result of the mind of demand attempting to either solve a problem or entertain himself. The imagination, the dream, the desire, is nothing more, then thought in the mind of an individual until passion drives them to action. Dreams paired with action or creation. Dreams entertained in the mind are amusing way to entertain oneself. Action brings life into form.
Some say: “It is what it is” when referring to the world. But is not! Quantum physics tells us the world is energy waves vibrating in stasis waiting to encountered. Upon being noticed, the waves become particles of matter relative to the intention of the noticer. So life is what we make it NOT WHAT IT IS. Until the encounter, life is not form. Are you seeing the world you want? Because you are seeing what you expect. If we see other than what we desire our focus must be out of alignment with our desire. FIX THAT !
The collective of divine consciousness needs every individual representation of spirit to contribute a unique component to the collaborative mosaic of life in order for it to be complete and shine in all of its majesty. Every person and creature has a different purpose, without the addition of these unique pieces the unfolding of the universe will not be balanced. We all have a pull or a nudge in a particular direction some of us embrace early in life and go full speed ahead taught our passion, others neglected to follow it due to the reluctance of how it will serve us individually. That pull will not cease until the contribution to the whole is complete. Listen to your inner voice pursue your passion follow your bliss. Your participation is requested.
Many of the conditions of being, as well as the circumstances of life and the rewards, we experience presented to us as contradictions. Some are outright dichotomies of experience. For instance, relative to Love you need to give it away to keep it. You cannot experience love for yourself until you are exchanging it with another. In the Christian Bible, we are told he who was first is last and he who is last his first this is an explanation of the magnificent of humility. This quote from Lao Tzu expands on this realization. The prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi also enumerates this understanding with the closing line: “For it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.” As we give to the world we receive. Through the act of serving others, our needs are met. All the magnificence in the full spectrum of life is present consciousness ministers to itself. All of love comes from within and is projected outward.
Only 150 years ago homes were lit by candles. My grandfathers grandfather never heard of an electrical appliances. Flying & driving were only dreams. The digital and electronic potential wasn’t even a fantasy. Now it is the baseline. Toddlers use electronics. There were no plastics (probably a good thing) before 1907. Today it is difficult to find an item that is void of plastic. Video, satellite, jet, rocket, laser and finally AI. THERE IS NO LIMIT TO POSSIBILITY. To try to comprehend the reality of a statement like “no limit“ boggles the mind. We can’t visualize what that means. To try to chronicle how many times mankind has broken the ceiling of what had been believed to be a limit would be a daunting task. What was a stretch a few years ago is the baseline today. This gives credibility to the fact that as humans, collectively, there is nothing we cannot do. The passion, drive and imagination of the individual, and then the collective, drives the direction of our reality. Small shift in collective thinking from the individual need to the good of humanity and all suffering and struggles could be eliminated within one lifetime. So this life that we all share with its magnificent and it’s wonder along with its debauchery struggles and suffering is exactly what we as a species want. I’m sure there are many conditions that are abhorrent to many, yet we accept them. It is our individual, and collective passions and imagination that fuels creation. Once begun, we build upon the foundation and each condition continues to grow exponentially in the same direction. We have created everything. We have changed everything. We can change everything. It is all of question of what do we want? And the reality is we can see what humanity wants by looking at what it has created. This was not done to us by anyone the good was not given. The bad was not imposed. This was a collaboration of passion and drive of societies. Think only thoughts of love and the world will change before our eyes.
It sounds absurd to say this and it is disappointing to admit, but I myself struggled to relax. Now I guess that’s an oxymoron but I’m sure they’re are millions that are right there with me. Many many years ago I made the decision to do whatever it takes to be the best version of myself that I could be. There has been a serious amount of reading, workshops, master classes, lectures, speeches, and presentations that predicated the past 15 years of writing and posting. I don’t know when or if I can say that I’m done. Mine is actually a soft goal that is continually moving. I would say Confucius is right on the money here. My desire for peace, tranquility, and bliss has contradictorily been labor, intensive, extremely intentional, and the work of my life. Today I will reflect on gratitude, breathe, and relax. Somewhere along the line I got caught up in the process and completely lost the goal. Don’t let this happen Opt for the less complicated.
Everyone has a past. Most of us have some aspects of our lives that we are not happy about. Even the best intentioned, most well meaning of us are never really sure if we are as good and wholesome as we have convinced ourselves we are. When things turn challenging, when fear an doubt creep in, a side of us that may be questionable tends to present itself. When the part of me that I do not care to entertain rears its ugly head, I know it is about self-preservation or in defense of loved ones. While I try to suppress this beast, I understand why it showed up and appreciate that it still exists. I do actually take every step to lock it back up, but I refuse to judge myself harshly or feel badly about who I am because of it. The events of this world require us all to be malleable and have the traits to endure all kinds of encounters. We need to embrace the good, bad, beautiful and ugly aspects of ourselves as the entirety of who we are. We are not just our best presentation, nor are we the random digressions. I am who I am. I AM THAT I AM.
If you are anything like me, the impetus for change was always the discovery of something about myself that I was not happy with. As soon as I realize something was a mess that has me on a trajectory for destruction, I immediately decide to take action. This action is usually inspired by disappointment, self-loathing and anger. Determined to change my ways, improve my life, and create the best version of myself I could imagine, I move forward grasping at any tool or piece of advice that will assist me. Until only recently it has not dawned on me that the cause of my misdirection and catalyst for poor behavior and bad decisions was in fact the very feeling of being disappointed with life, self-loathing and anger. At one point, Albert Einstein had referenced the inability to solve problems with the same mind that created them. That is an absolute truth. All personal development of any kind must be predicated with self love. I’m not referencing self love of the person I intend to become, but complete and unconditional love for myself as I am at the moment. I cannot adequately serve others if I don’t believe I am worthy of being served myself. I will not successfully make a positive impact on the world unless I have a positive view of myself. I will not be able to show compassion for the struggles. I encounter of others without having compassion for myself. Self admonishment for missing a workout, being highly critical and disappointed with a day that does not involve all intended activities, beating myself up for falling short of goals, will never lead to the greatest version of the highest vision I’ve ever held of myself. I cannot love others, love the world, and embrace life until I completely accept myself as I am in every moment of every day. It all begins with me. I am whole. I am complete. I am magnificent. Repeat those three phrases every day.
Our focus, concentration and level of vibration will cause conditions to present themselves to us. Our reaction to them and perspective about them will create the experience we call reality. What we do about it determines what our life becomes. It is all a matter of choice
