No Problems

Every life requires work. Left alone a host of conditions will arise that are uncomfortable. The need for food and shelter to start!
As we address these situations we learn and grow. Over time our relative comfort increases and challenges lessen.
Many of us however have the perspective that any unpleasant situation is a problem to blame on others and pontificate endlessly about.
Sharing and lamenting our displeasure exacerbates it and prolongs our suffering. Eventually we find ourselves living in a virtual hell of our own creation.
We have a choice.

#perspective.

I am who I am

Discovering the truth of our true identity is the first step on the path to magnificence. Step out of the self imposed illusion of limitation, rewrite the story you’ve been narrating to yourself, embrace excellence, and settle for nothing less than splendor.
I am that I am.
Oh, and by the way, life is all about me, and the world does revolve around me, I was fed lies.

Give it up to keep it.

I used to always think having lofty goals, shooting for the stars and refusing to give up until I manifested my dreams was the secret to having it all :
Having it all; self imposed stress, anxiety caused by comparing myself to others, insecurity from feeling less than those I believed to be successful, empty bank account chasing crap the I didn’t really enjoy because I thought it looked good.
Only with age did I realize what less is more actually meant!
True freedom starts with breaking the hold on NEED.
Real contentment comes from being happy with what it is now.
Have you ever given up on something then felt better?
Drop a note.

Got what you got

Having plans and intentions, even dreams and desires are the fuel that propels us forward. Accomplishing them to often becomes our prerequisite for joy.
The individual that derives joy from whatever the outcome may be is truly rich beyond comparison.
Being maliable and open to all possibilities and in awe of life in general is a priceless perspective to hold.
Choose your path and revel in wherever it takes joy.
Joy is not as much getting what you want as it is in loving what you get!

The true you is what to do.

There is no JOY. In conformity. You can’t feel true happiness in compromise.
It is only when we love and trust our genuine selves and live with AUTHENTICITY that blissful living is possible.
Be you at all costs.

Be here now.

Life is not about ownership. It’s about experience. Ownership is ego driven. The conditions we attract to ourselves offer a present moment experience. Life is a continuum of impermanence. Nothing lasts forever. Everything exists in the present moment and then becomes only memory. To have the expectation of anything being permanent is an illusion that can only leave to suffering.
All conditions are self imposed from a point of focus and expectation. A life situations are meant to empower and nourish us. When we lament over changing conditions and the loss of one situation as opposed to searching for, and realizing the next. We live with the loss of what was as opposed to reveling in the magnificent of what is .
Seasons change, fortunes are won and lost, health will wax and wane. People will come and go, live and die. We are suited best when we honor the conditions that have served as well, remember them fondly and focus on the next condition of empowerment ,rather than lamenting of the loss of a previous situation, shrouding the joy and the magnificent of the present moment. There is always a condition to serve and a situation that will empower if we are open to looking for it.
See only beauty and Grace and that is all you will find.
Be here now

Do what you do

Zeno is one of the ancient Stoic Philosophers. As such he is very practical and brief with his wisdom.
Jesus also eluded to this same point:

Matthew 6:26. It says, “Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?”

Why then do we toil so much, plan, connive, practice and worry? What does nature know that we don’t ?
They know it’s all going to be alright. Just wake up, be grateful for the glory of the day and do your thing !

Pull it out of your ass.

We’ve all heard it said, “best la plans of mice and men often go awry“ and I’ve also been told many times; “if you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans“.
This is not to say that there is no value in planning. All events of importance in our lives deserve some planning some design Little architecture some for thought. Going into an undertaking with a vision of the intended outcome and the roadmap on how to get there is certainly beneficial.
There are times though, when we can get plugged down in the planning And never actually get anything done. Or even worse while in the planning stage, it can be overwhelmed by the complexity, and an Albany of what we’re about to undertake abandoned projects altogether.
A little quiet reflection on situations of focus in the evening before bed often times results in arising in the morning With the answer on the tip of your tongue. Also mindfulness and meditation can clear the head allowing space from important matters to plan themselves.
Sometimes there is value in just going for it, taking a shot, pull something out of your ass if you have to, throw a freaking dart, and be done with it. Afterwards we live with it and we will feel good!

All you can do

None of us ever know what to do in any given situation. Nor have we ever.
Any advice we have ever gotten was speculation at best.
There is no right way or wrong way to live. It’s all trial and errror. We just go for it and hope it feels good. You’ll never know unless to try.
Take a shot. It’s all you can do.
