The purpose of life is the Divine Endeavor to experience challenge and creativity.
Through us, God is creating opportunities to experience Joy through accomplishment. The whole point of life is to create. We are only inspired to create when exposed to discomfort. This why the contrast MUST exist. Without the challenge, life is like spoiled children of privilege; nothing is appreciated or valued. We cannot enjoy HEAVEN until we know otherwise.

Do not lament and complain about life’s challenges; EMBRACE THEM! Address discomforts as the challenge in a game, like the fast ball coming at you! Without the fast moving projectile there would be no opportunity for a home run.
With no goalie trying to prevent us from getting the puck in the net there would be no point hitting it.
Adopting the proper perspective on our challenges can allow us to approach them with gratitude instead of annoyance. This mindset will surely produce much more favorable outcomes.

Love, friendship, compassion, prosperity/abundance, success, and wisdom are all useless until we include others.
These conditions are foundational for joy and happiness. When experienced serotonin, endorphins, oxytocin and dopamine are released into our system creating the good feelings we crave while supplying a myriad of health and longevity benefits.
This process promotes human connections, community, outreach, family and togetherness proving the more connected we are, the better we will be.
Biological design calls for togetherness.

So why is there so much division in our world? For each individual making a conscious decision to be at odds with others they are compromising their own health, wellbeing and longevity.
Doesn’t make sense to me!
Choose unity over NONSENSE!

I’ve been told (by professionals)if I’m sad, upset, feeling guilt, or grief, depressed and down that my mind has been focused on events, experiences and behaviors of the past. Only something that has occurred could invoke these feelings.
When I’m anxious, worried, or even feeling panic I’m certainly projecting worse case scenarios into a future moment that has yet to occur,(and in many cases never does or at least is not as bad as we imagined). I suffer more in my mind than I do from experience.

Each of these levels of discomfort or distress are self inflicted and wholly unnecessary. The situations that are the center of my focus are not real. They only exist as thought. The past and future are not actual realities. They are fantasies no more or less real than imagining I won the lottery or was a Roman Emporer.
Life only exists in the second, nanosecond, instant. When I keep my mind on what is real;NOW, and take actions toward my best future with a positive attitude, faith and the awareness of the power of my mind, there is much less to be anxious or sad about.
Let the dead bury the dead they say.
So I will unwrap my present from the universe and realize it is a canvass for me to create my reality on.
Each moment is a new beginning with a new present to open. Instead of wondering about what lies ahead, I will enjoy the gift of now. When later becomes now, I will be excited for another present.

If we try to please everyone around us we compromise our authenticity and lose our identity to conformity.
Everyone will have an opinion on how we live our lives. The only voice that matters is our own.
You’ve heard what they say about them if they can’t take a joke!
Worrying about what “THEY” think is born out of insecurity. Confidence dictates following our unique path regardless of whether it fits with the plans of those around us.
We are happiest, most productive, healthier, and actually more popular when we are not stifling our creativity and dismissing our intention.
BE YOU! Whatever the cost !
