Unconditional love for the entirety of life experience is critical for peace and joy. The realization that all things are one thing connected and part of ourselves requires such love and respect.

Individuals in our experience have freedom of choice. Many live lives antithetical to that of which we aspire. It is important to minimize association with such forms of influence.

Surround yourself only with those that empower you. It’s OK to not like the attitudes, opinions and actions of those that disrupt peace.

Forgive yourself for not liking everyone.

It is OK. You are OK. God is in heaven and all is right with the world.

Exposure to people in conditions that is uncomfortable highlights the gratitude we have for who we are and for all the empowering experiences we have. This means everyone, regardless of their level of incompatibility with us, has something positive to offer us. Love them for being a part of the life experience.

Love yourself for loving them. Especially the jerks.
