Not talkin bout’ pocket change

Seasons change, weather changes.
Everything in nature changes before our eyes.

Economies, change, business changes, entire cultures sometimes seem to change overnight.

Each of us are changing every day, every hour, every minute. The changes that impact you and me are completely within our control. The only thing we can’t control is that we are going to change.

The majority of people living on this planet are not aware that they are directing these changes. Some people hold onto hope that they can prevent change, which they cannot. Others pray that divine intervention or some benevolent outsiders will step in at alter the course of their change in their benefit.
That will not happen either.

OK The immutable truth of change in life is that we are controlling it from within and just not aware.
There are ?some that are aware, but not quite sure how to control it.
There are those that know how to control it, but have not mastered the technique.

It does not take a lot of work, study, or practice. On the other hand, it is not easy either.

The only reason it is not easy is because we have spent lifetimes allowing the opposite and all through those experiences, algorithms of sorts have been created in our minds.? Neurotransmitters that have hardwired a specific way of thinking, have caused us to live within a paradigm not of our own design.

The easy part: change your thinking.

The hard part: change your thinking.

Our conscious minds absorb, analyze, and catalog everything we experience. When we add repetition, focus, and emotion to specific thoughts we are telling our subconscious mind that these conditions are of interest to us.

The subconscious mind then attracts, creates, and exposes us to situations that are aligned with where our prominent thought and dominant feelings remain focused.

Entire lifetimes of thinking in a specific manner having perspectives and expectations of a sort, see to it that are natural thought patterns are not aligned with our highest good.

A way to control how we change and move forward, the best practice for living with intention, is to be disciplined with the mind and immediately dismiss any thought that is not aligned with our highest good.

The easy part: keep thinking great thoughts and we will experience great lives.
