To GOAL or not to GOAL

Having goals drives us forward and gives us purpose and direction.

Having goals is the impetus for our growth.

Having goals can at times define us.

There are times for many of us that the intention to just BE,,, simple and quiet, is our path. Enlightenment and Divinity is found in solitude and silence.

There is no disappointment in solitude as there can be in the pursuit of goals.

Have you found yourself judging your progress harshly and experiencing impatience on your pursuits ?

Do you notice being critical of your choices?

Did you set the path intent to struggle?

Introspection, mindfulness and gratitude are a great panacea for frustration. Don’t allow the even the noblest of intentions to rob you of the joy derived from experiencing your DIVINE SELF.

BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD.
