Imagine that!

“We suffer more in our imagination than we do in reality“ – Seneca.

Emotional pain is a product of the mind experiencing thoughts that are in congruent with our highest good and ruminating over them.

When confronted with negative conditions, we always have the choice to take action, become creative, and create joy through victory.

When we are projecting uncomfortable situations in the future that do not exist and allowing them to overtake us there’s no opportunity to confront the challenge and remedy it. There is only suffering.

Choosing thoughts of joy, optimism, peace, service, and most of all gratitude create four motion with minimal suffering.
