Swim away

The issues we face in life, our challenges and setbacks as well as any trouble that comes knocking at our door does not have a negative impact on us unless we choose to allow it to remain.
Regardless how debilitating (or magnificent) a situation may be, our perspective on it, decision about it, and reaction to it determines how it affects us.
There is no power outside of our minds that can determine our quality of life.
We are responsible. Owning this is personal power and freedom. Denying responsibility and assigning blame for that which is not aligned with our highest good is accepting victimhood.
Victims need rescuing. Such living is powerless and dependency.
Are you free,or a victim?
