
There is nothing external to us than can cause us emotional harm. Being insulted, outraged, disappointed, angry, scared or hurt is completely the result of our thought about what we encounter.
Even if the source of our experience was designed to impact us we have the choice to dismiss it as representation of the source,not an indictment of us.
