When we turn on the news, travel in the cities and listen to the politicians, we see hate, violence, anger and upheaval. We believe that we live in a world of sickly people being manipulated by Governments and business, poisoned by chemical, food and pharmaceutical conglomerates and living at each others throats.
At a quick glance one would think that humanity has degraded and slid into a state of debauchery.
Those involved in personal development, coaching, wellness,inspiration, motivation and anything with spiritual, compassionate messaging are aware of how many millions are dedicated to living elevated lives of gratitude and community.

Change is difficult. Creating new habits requires time and dedication. Refocusing away from the vitriol to the enlightenment is admirable and becoming a better version of who we are is not without struggle.
