Anger, a call to action.

Conditions that are not aligned with our vision of our greatest self are the catalyst for our creative initiatives.

We require adverse and challenging situations to be the motivation for us to expand our abilities. The resulting creations are the expansion of the universe.

Too often though, we react to situations that are meant to inspire us to grow with anger. This anger harms our health by straining our heart (raising blood pressure, risk of heart attack/stroke), weakening our immune system, and causing mental health issues like anxiety/depression, plus digestive problems, sleep issues, headaches, and skin flare-ups, stemming from inflammation and hormonal shifts that impact your whole body. It can also lead to impulsive behavior and worsen chronic conditions.

Do not resist conflict. Instead, mold it into growth and innovation. MAKE LEMONADE WITH THE LEMONS.

As with all external stimuli we are exposed to; it is never the condition that creates an outcome but our reaction.

The beauty of humanity is CHOICE.

WE ARE CREATING, DIRECTING, PRODUCING AND ATTENDING OUR OWN SHOW.

The Journey IS the DESTINATION
