Good job man !

Starting out with the gratitude list is an excellent way to elevate our vibration and proceed with a positive outlook.
When are we are able to pull in the feeling of gratitude for some of the more prominent benefits in our life, and then become proficient at feeling that same level of gratitude for some of the smaller blessings that require mindfulness and being present in the moment, we have mastered the ability to intentionally direct our mood, perspective, and attitude.
This is an excellent way to ensure we attract and create conditions that are aligned with our highest good.
Appreciating others is gratitude turned outward. As with all the blessings of life, they’re improved exponentially when we share them. We literally have to give it away to keep it.
When we acknowledge others we’re perpetuating the elevated vibration and mood within ourselves as the day goes on and elevating the mood and vibration of those we appreciate.
This wave of good feeling will spread out exponentially like ripples in the water project out from the drop.
As others share the appreciation we bestowed upon them, there’s no limit to where this could go. You will never know who you touched today.
Practice, gratitude and appreciation daily.
You will definitely see a change in yourself and you may even see a change in the world. What the hell it’s worth a try.
