Leave it alone

With social media, the internet, news media and podcasts, information, ideas, viewpoints and perspectives are readily available on any topic around the clock.
Millions of people instantly become offended, insulted and even outraged. These same individuals are usually unknown to those sharing and largely unaffected by the situation and certainly not involved yet they devolve into the base vibrations of anger allowing cortisol and adrenaline to flood their system wreaking havoc on their health.
Then the negativity is spread like a cancer and society degrades another level.
All of this destructive upheaval is unnecessary as the only way anything external to our mind can impact our being is if we allow it in and accept it.
When information does not empower us, we can dismiss it and ignore it.
More now than ever, for individuals, families, communities, groups and humanity this quote needs to be realized.
If something doesn’t fit, walk away. The world will be better and so will you.
