Is it worth it ?

When we remain focused on the actions of others that we perceive as attacks or at least out of alignment with our sense of being,we are keeping ourselves in a very low vibration.
We are elevating cortisol levels, perhaps creating adrenaline, all damaging our health.
The individual, group or organization remains alive in our minds often unaware of the control we have given them. Our frustration is further exacerbated by our powerlessness to control the situation.
This focus prevents us from feeling any joy and creating anything positive.
Whatever the situation was it was certainly not worth the damage we inflict on ourselves over it. We end up doing more harm than the event itself.
Is it worth it ?
