Planting seeds

We all have the desire to make a difference in our world. Thoughts of having a positive impact on others release endorphins that elevate our mood. Some may have plans, most have ideas and we all would certainly like to help others in distress.
These undertakings are the ones ones that usually fall into the category of; “when I get around to it”.
Perhaps are goals are too lofty and plans too aggressive. We can make a difference with a smile and nod at a passing stranger, holding the door for someone coming behind us, allowing that Subaru to merge in front of us, or buying that box of Girl Scout cookies.
2-3 of those per day add up quickly and the good feelings they generate travel exponentially around the globe.
Plans and intentions are wonderful but action even st the smallest level outshines the noblest, most aggressive intention if it does not materialize.
Do something small and insignificant today and realize you changed the world.
Don’t plan it. Just be aware when the opportunity presents itself.
It will be soon.
