Easy peasy.

When we are grateful we feel joy.
When we find things to be grateful for we become focused on the reasons we have to be grateful, more and more reasons appear. A grateful attitude elevates our vibration which in turn switches our attention to finding things to appreciate. From this perspective we become more creative as well as more peaceful. We do not obsess on what does not please us.
Cortisol levels drop and Serotonin increases healing and soothing us.
Minor things like flowers, birds, the sky and nature all appear prominent and we realize the miracle they represent as opposed to them being just a haze in the background.
Life takes on a splendid flavor and our step gets some pep while our demeanor becomes open and welcoming.
This is not the result of a pharmaceutical or strenuous excercise. You don’t need a special diet or to download a workbook. You don’t need to put in your email or credit card for these amazing benefits.
Just determine 3 things in life you you are truly grateful for, spend a few minutes thinking about why, and how life is better because of them, perhaps write them down.
