Attitude for Altitude

Many times I feel angry because things aren’t going my way. If plans fall apart, people aren’t acting the way I would like, bills getting crazy or I’m not feeling great, it ruins my mood and puts me in a bad place.
I end up with a pretty crappy attitude.
Or;
I started my day with an attitude, threw in unrealistic expectations, began judging people with resentment and did not focus on all I had to be thankful, so my day fell apart.
Which was cause, which was effect?

It was certainly the bad mood that was the catalyst for every uncomfortable condition . Be it aura, vibration or point of attraction (whichever you prefer) our perspective is the foundation of our experience.
Want to soar to new heights of joy, mind the attitude to gain the altitude!
