Well Done!

If we do anything we should do it well.
Whether work at our paid job, personal projects, chores or helping friends there is no value in cutting corners and compromising quality.
In many cases, short cuts lead to having to do it again. We never really feel good about what we did. We secretly hope Mo one realizes how poorly we performed and we quietly envy those that do things well.
Poor performance is usually indicative of low self respect and apathy for life in general. Surprisingly though; doing our best boosts serotonin snd improves mood leading to the desire to share our accomplishments and do more.
Either way the effect is cascading.
We can rapidly improve the quality of our lives simply by doing a good job, or speed up the downward spiral into despair by continuing to cut corners.
If you’re going to do it, do it well!
