Each of us has a special talent, penchant for a specific activity, proclivity toward repeating particular tasks that we are good at and enjoy.
These are the actions we should be conducting for the common good. Our contribution to society in exchange for having our needs met, should not only bring us financial remuneration but also satisfaction.
This is why we all have different gifts. There is a synchronistic dance of give and take that keeps community in place.
When we toil at distasteful tasks in order to “get” from the world, the quality of our offering will be low as will our return.
