Let it go!

There is nothing that we can be exposed to or confronted by that can cause us to suffer emotionally and psychologically. When we experienced situations that we find painful, the pain is actually caused by our thoughts about the condition.
Our perspective, translation, and interpretation of what we are experiencing and the potential affect on our well-being, safety, success, or health is the impetus for our pain.
In most cases we are catastrophic or at least extrapolating worst case scenarios out of proportion. In retrospect, the majority of our suffering was for nothing at all. If there was a debilitating impact upon our life, having addressed it from a place of fear and worry, would not have helped the situation at all.
We suffer more in our minds unnecessarily, and from the actual experiences of life.
Let it go!
