Cause or affect?

Politics, economy, global wars, racism, Big, business, big Pharma, the weather, traffic, a school kid, bullying your child, low wages and unrealistic work expectations, a rude retail employee, a slow waitress, ignorant people in the spotlight, mechanical items, breaking down, clothes, not fitting properly any longer, and too many other things for me to list here, all tend to mess with our heads and leave us feeling less than joyful.
Or do they?
All of these situations are outside of our head and we are perceiving them in a particular way. We view them as a threat to our well-being, spend time lamenting over it, focusing on it, until it impacts our nervous system.
There are, however, millions of other people that navigate through life in and around all of these same situations and either never noticed them or do not give them a second thought.
So how can it be the condition that is causal?
It is not! It’s a thought about them .
Change your thoughts change your life!
