Double edge sword

With the understanding that the events of my life, are first created in my mind, the realization that victimhood is an illusion becomes apparent.
The magnitude of the importance of personal responsibility dictates constant diligence on my point of focus.
As soon as I notice the events of my life not being aligned With my desires and my highest good, I need to take personal inventory of my thoughts and points of focus, and I usually determine that I am the root cause of all of my own struggles. One would think this knowledge is a golden key to success, joy and happiness in all of life‘s endeavors. However, having this knowledge and being able to continuously work with, it is an extraordinary challenge.

At times being armed with this information may actually detract from my ability to create my life through intention. This gives me cause to think of the phrase “ignorance is bliss“
This is because as soon as I see conditions of my life deteriorate, I become self judgmental, filled with guilt, and adopted defeat attitude. These are the results of “knowing better“ which tends to exacerbate the challenge.
Knowledge is actually a double edge sword with it comes great responsibility.
